Human: Hi ChatGPT, I’ve been reading a lot about AI and automation taking over jobs. Do you think you’ll replace humans or take our jobs?

ChatGPT: Hi there! Well, the direct answer is no. While I work very well, I’m not magic and far from being Artificial Intelligence General as has been said. I won’t replace developers or content creators in the same way that Photoshop did not replace designers.

Human: That makes sense. So how do you enhance human capabilities?

ChatGPT: I enhance human capabilities by allowing a single person to do much more work. If the quantum of work remains the same, then we need less number of people to do the same work. It’s similar to all machines. What happened in manufacturing is now happening with the knowledge economy.

Human: That’s an interesting point. I’ve also heard about GPT-4, can you tell me more about its features?

ChatGPT: Sure! GPT-4 extends the word limit it can generate by up to x8 times. It has outperformed the scores achieved in a series of tests that were originally designed for humans. It is able to interpret images and generate answers based on them. It has been trained with more data and more computation, and it has improved the security of answers to combat fraudulent use. GPT-4 has outperformed all other current models in accuracy over traditional benchmarks used to evaluate benchmark performance.

Human: Wow, that’s impressive. Can I use ChatGPT for anything specific?

ChatGPT: Of course! It’s extremely easy to use and the user experience is amazing. You can register at chat.openai.com and start chatting. ChatGPT can be used for content generation such as poems, article sketches for your website, podcast scripts, emails, personal letters, etc. It can also generate lines of code in almost any language, small programs, methods and classes, and help with information research, such as generating recipes, brainstorming ideas, and shopping lists. And now, with the new features in GPT-4, it can also interpret images and text generation based on images, as well as interpret documents with text and images, diagrams or screenshots.

Human: That’s a lot of capabilities! But I’m concerned about privacy. Will everything I write be recorded?

ChatGPT: Yes, everything you write will be recorded and can be reviewed by OpenAI developers to further train and improve ChatGPT. But be careful not to include personal or sensitive information about your company.

Human: That’s good to know. Thanks for your insights, ChatGPT!
